The employees at this store are absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, professional, caring, though and a wonderful group of ladies. My husband and I thoroughly appreciate their dedication

They are very helpful here, there was something very hard to get that they didn't have in stock, and they actually put down my name in number. And called me when they got it in. So I'm very thankful for that.

We went to the Hallmark Gold Crown Store at Westgate Mall here in Spartanburg South Carolina. I fell in love with the whole store all over again. I loved every piece of Christmas merchandise that’s in the store right now especially their Grinch Tree. It’s been years since I visited the store at Christmastime but I’m so glad that I went. I loved the Hallmark Keepsakes. You can find everything that you could ever think of in this section of the store plus some that you wouldn’t ever think about. I loved the store! You guys are doing a great job❤️

New to the area from up north & walking into this store,..almost immediately experienced the most kind southern hospitality. Christy's knowledge with the items in the store were super helpful & was able to find the gifts I was searching for. Me, not knowing a soul down south, Christy was kind enough to offer her help & suggest local places that I could visit and get to know the area. I'm beyond greatful. I see Christy as an asset to the company. Truly greatful 🙏🏽

Very cute shop, has tons of gift ideas for everyone. Very friendly staff. Aisles are a little tight in the middle for stroller but can be done (may be harder wheelchair, etc.)
